What does it cost?
Fees and charges
Our management fee is charged at a rate of 20% + gst. The fee includes all of the services listed below:
- Property listing management on Airbnb, Booking.com and Discover Wairarapa website.
- Marketing via our social media channels.
- Start to finish reservation management.
- 7 days a week guest enquiries and support.
- Schedule and management of professional cleaning service (charged to the guest at the time of booking)
- Property inspection after guest departure.
- Locally based property manager on call for any issues that might pop up during guest stay.
- Monthly disbursement.
Start up cost of $500 + gst – includes the following:
- Professional Photography
- House manual & local attractions folder for guests
- Lockbox for keys
Ongoing Costs:
- Guest consumables – Shampoo, soaps plus pantry items such as coffee, tea, sugar, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper- will be topped up after each booking
- Additional Guest Consumables: dish-washing powder, laundry powder, fresh coffee (plunger/pods), rewood, gas bottles for BBQ’s – charged per item and property dependant
- Lawn mowing and gardening – will be property dependent and discussed when at property
- Property maintenance, repairs and replacement items – would be discussed as and when needed
