What is holiday property management?

Holiday property management is a comprehensive service that handles everything related to managing your listing. This includes guest communication, bookings, pricing optimisation, cleaning and maintenance. We take care of the day-to-day operations so you don’t have to!


Will I still be involved in managing my property?

We aim to make the process as hands-off for you as possible. While we handle all aspects of the management, we’ll keep you informed with regular updates and reports. You’ll always have access to your property, but you can leave the day-to-day operations to us.


What if something goes wrong during a guest’s stay?

We provide 24/7 guest support to quickly address any issues or concerns. Our team is always available to resolve problems, whether it’s maintenance, guest questions, or emergencies. We also ensure your property is well-maintained, minimising the chance of issues arising.


How do you handle cleaning and maintenance?

We coordinate professional cleaning services between guest stays. When you have decided that you would like to join us we will arrange to meet our cleaner at your property and they will provide a quote for cleaning between guests. We have been working with some of our trusted tradies for over 10 years now – we are yet to come across something that we haven’t been able to fix/sort! Our team conducts regular property inspections and ensures your home is always in top condition for guests.


Do you handle guest communication

Yes, we handle all aspects of guest communication from initial enquiry to post-checkout reviews. We ensure timely and friendly responses to enhance guest experience and ensure positive reviews.


How do you set the pricing for my property?

First of all we will go to the property to carry out the appraisal. We can then make suggestions (if needed)that we think might optimise rental revenue.

Next up – market research to let you know what your nightly rate/s could be.

The Wairarapa has plenty of local events and demand can be high, we will ensure your property is competitively priced at all times to maximise your revenue.


What about laundry?

Laundry is our middle name.. The linen service that we use is outsourced. We require all of our properties to use the linen hire service rather than their own. This ensures that our guests are getting great quality, professionally cleaned linen/towels for their stay.


What happens if I want to cancel or take my property back?

We can work with you to pause or remove your listing at any time. If you wish to temporarily deactivate your listing or stop using our services, we’ll ensure a smooth transition back to you.


How do I get paid for my bookings?

We disburse to our owners 1 x per month less the fee and any other consumables & maintenance


Do you help with property upgrades or improvements?

Yes! We can suggest improvements or upgrades to enhance the guest experience and increase your property’s value. Whether it’s updating furniture (we know an amazing interior designer!!) adding amenities, or making aesthetic changes, we can help ensure your property stands out.
